Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

The Opening Ceremony of the 8th Congress of the European Hepato – Pancreato – Biliary Association will be held in A. Trianti meeting room of Megaron Athens International Conference Centre, on June 18th, 2009, at 20.00 hours.

During the Opening Ceremony a rich cultural program will take place, which will be performed by:

  • The percussion group of N. Touliatos “Echodrasi”
    The team has also participated in the opening ceremony of Olympic Games of Athens 2004 (www.nikostouliatos.gr)
  • CAMERATA, THE FRIENDS OF MUSIC ORCHESTRA conducted by Mr Alexandros Myrat with the special participation of the well known Greek singer Ms Dimitra Galani

The Cultural event will be followed by a cocktail at the foyer of “A. Trianti”. This will be the ideal opportunity to get together with colleagues and enjoy the spectacle.

Included in the registration fees of registered participants and accompanying persons

Farewell Dinner (Optional)

The Farewell Dinner Party will be held on Friday June 19th, 2009, at 21.00 hours at the Athens Tennis Club (www.oaa.gr).
Great music will make you dance all night and enjoy the famous Greek gastronomy in a wonderful surrounding.

During dinner the famous group of Maraveyas Ilegal (www.maraveyas.net) will perform in a memorable concert.
